ORDERS
How fast will my U.S. order be processed?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5:00 pm CST will be processed the same day; after 5:00 pm, the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Note: International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs, and may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
Simply Clutched is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to communicate with the carrier to find out what happened and see if a solution can be reached.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What happens if I received a damaged item?
At Simply Clutched, we carefully inspect each item prior to shipping, to ensure you never receive a damaged item. Should you receive a damaged item (whether during transit or otherwise), please notify us within 15 days of receiving it, so we can rectify the situation.
May I cancel or modify my order?
After an order has been processed, you may not cancel or modify your order. We ask that you carefully review all product images, utilize the zoom feature, and read over all specifications prior to making a purchase.
What happens if the item I want is sold out?
We understand how frustrating it can be to have your heart set on an item, and it’s not available. We do our best to restock as quickly as possible, but some factors may prevent that from happening, such as: item is backordered, shipping delays, or an unpopular item. Feel free to use the “Notify Me When Back in Stock” option, to be notified the moment the item restocks.
Why does the item color look different in person than on the screen?
We aim to provide accurate color descriptions; however, due to variations in monitor settings, actual colors may vary from images shown.
What does “strap drop” mean?
The height of the purse strap, measuring from the top of the curve to the top of the bag. Use the measurements in the specifications section to gauge where the bag will rest on your body. Note: Some handbags have adjustable drop lengths, while others are fixed. See image below for example.
FINAL SALE ITEMS/E-GIFT CARDS
All Final Sale items and E-gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. We ask that you carefully review all product images, utilize the zoom feature, and read over all specifications prior to making a purchase.
How do E-gift cards work?
After your e-gift card payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. A second email will be sent with your e-gift card code.
Please note: The e-gift card code is NOT included in the payment confirmation email.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
What is the store policy for returns?
We will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be in the original condition that it was received. Clothing must not be worn, damaged (unless it arrived that way), altered in any way, stained or present of odors, and have the original tags.
To process a return, please send an email to info@simplyclutched.com, with the name on the order and the order number.

How do I process an exchange?
We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
KLARNA TRANSACTIONS
How do I process an order using Klarna?
Add items to your cart and select Klarna during checkout. It will split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment is collected during checkout, and the remaining 3 payments collected every 2 weeks until paid in full.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna will email you in an attempt to collect payment. If they are unsuccessful after the second time, the balance will be added to your next upcoming payment (meaning you’ll pay 2 payments at once), along with a $7 late fee. Note: Late fees will never exceed 25% of the order value.
How does a return work using Klarna?
RETURNING PARTIAL ORDER
If you purchase multiple items and want to return only 1, then the returned item is removed, and the total balance is adjusted to reflect lower payments every 2 weeks.
RETURNING ENTIRE ORDER
If you decide to return ALL items you purchased, the total amount already paid is refunded back to you, and there will be no more payments due to Klarna.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?
Returns using Klarna typically take between 2-5 business days, depending on the payment method chosen during checkout (example: direct payment, invoices, partial payments).

DISCOUNT CODES/OFFERS
May I use several discount codes/offers on a single transaction?
No. You may only use one discount code or offer code, as they cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
Where do I find the section to input a discount code?
Discount codes may be entered at checkout.
May I use a discount code to purchase an e-gift card?
Unfortunately, you are unable to use a discount code or promotional code to purchase e-gift cards.
