*Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5:00 pm CST will be processed the same day; after 5:00 pm, the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

International Orders
We use DHL Express and USPS International for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
FREE RETURNS
You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a FREE return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: in the same condition that you received it, is not a final sale item, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@simplyclutched.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: FREE return shipping does not apply to international orders. Please note that international customers will need to pay import duties and taxes.
